Removal Procedure
1. Remove the screw that retains the seat back recliner handle to the seat back recliner.
2. Remove the seat back recliner handle from the seat back recliner.
Installation Procedure
1. Install the seat back recliner lever to the seat back recliner.
Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.
2. Install the screw that retains the seat back recliner lever.
Tighten the screw that retain the seat back recliner lever to 2 N.m (18 lb in).

Removal Procedure
The front seat back recliner mechanism is mounted to the inboard side of the seat.
1. Remove the seat from the vehicle.
2. If removing the recliner mechanism remove the seat back recliner handle. Refer to Driver Seat Recliner Handle and Passenger Seat Recliner
Handle Replacement.
