3. Install the screw (4) to the accumulator retaining bracket (2) and tighten to9 Nm (80 lb in).
4. Connect the low pressure sensor electrical connector (1).
5. Install new sealing washers. Refer to Sealing Washer Replacement (See: Coupler HVAC/A/C Coupler O-ring/Service and Repair/Sealing Washer
Replacement).
6. Install the evaporator outlet pipe.
7. Install the evaporator outlet pipe retaining nut (1) to the accumulator and tighten to16 Nm (12 lb ft).
8. Install the compressor suction hose.
9. Install the compressor suction hose retaining nut (2) to the accumulator and tighten to16 Nm (12 lb ft).
10. Install the coolant reservoir. Refer to Coolant Recovery Reservoir Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Coolant
Reservoir/Service and Repair).
11. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (See: Service and Repair/Refrigerant Recovery and
Recharging).
12. Leak test the fittings of the component using the J 39400-A .
