Savana 3500 V8-4.8L (2009)
1. Install the insulator (1) on the EVAP canister purge valve (3).
2. Install the EVAP canister purge valve (3) to the engine.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (See: Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings/Fastener Caution).
3. Install the EVAP canister purge valve mount bolt (2) and tighten to 10.5 Nm (93 lb in).
4. Connect the EVAP pipe (2) to the EVAP canister purge valve (1).
5. Connect the EVAP canister purge valve electrical connector.
6. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Air Cleaner Housing/Service
and Repair).
