5. Connect the positive battery cable (1) to the glow plug control module.
6. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the glow plug control module.
7. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection (See: Starting and Charging/Battery/Battery
Cable/Service and Repair).
8. If a NEW glow plug control module was installed, program the module. Refer to Control Module References (See: Testing and
Inspection/Programming and Relearning).
9. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement (See: Body and Frame/Access Cover/Service and Repair).
