6. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the EGR valve.
7. Install the fuel filter/heater element housing to fuel feed block fuel hoses.
8. Install the fuel filter assembly.
9. Install the charge air cooler outlet pipe.
10. Install the air cleaner outlet duct.
11. Prime the fuel system. Refer to Fuel System Priming.
12. Start the engine. If the engine stalls, repeat the above step.
13. Once the engine starts, inspect for fuel leaks.

Removal Procedure
1. Remove the fuel return pipe to fuel injection pump fuel hose.
2. Loosen the left fuel rail fuel feed pipe fittings (1).
