Sierra 2500 Denali 4WD V8-6.0L (2011)
4. Install the suction hose to the compressor (2).
5. Install the suction hose mounting bolt (1) to the compressor and tighten to 16 Nm (12 lb ft).
6. Clip the suction hose to the fan shroud and the body.
7. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement (See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Tune-up and Engine
Performance Checks/Air Cleaner Housing/Service and Repair).
8. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging (HP2) (See: Service and Repair)Refrigerant Recovery and
Recharging (Non-HP2) (See: Refrigerant/Service and Repair).
9. Leak test the fittings of the component using the GE-39400-A - Halogen Leak Detector.
