Removal Procedure

2. Place a drain pan under the vehicle.
3. Disconnect the transmission oil cooler lines from the auxiliary cooler. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement (See: Fluid
Line/Hose/Service and Repair/Allison - Automatic Transmission/Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement).
4. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler bolts (1) and push pins (2).
5. Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.
