Wheel Stud Replacement

Tools Required

J 43631  Ball Joint Remover

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle   (See: Vehicle Lifting/Service and Repair).
2. Remove the tire and wheel assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation   (See: Service and Repair).
3. Remove the wheel bearing/hub replacement. Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement   (See: Wheel Bearing/Service and Repair/Rear

Suspension).

4. Using the J 43631, press out the wheel stud from the wheel bearing/hub assembly.
