(BELOW 8500 GVW - RPO NA1) (CALIFORNIA VEHICLES ONLY)
Certain 1992 C, K Trucks, and G Vans equipped with 5.0L engines (RPO L03 - VIN Code H) and California emissions equipment (RPO NB2); C, K
Trucks (except 4WD Suburbans) and G Vans equipped with 5.7L engines (RPO LOS - VIN Code K) and Light-Duty emissions equipment (below 8500
lbs. GVW - RPO NA1) and California emissions equipment (RPO NB2) may be emitting non-methane hydrocarbons in excess of California emission
standards. Excess emissions may cause a vehicle to fail state mandated emission tests.
To correct this condition, dealers are to replace the catalytic converter catalyst beads.

Involved are certain 1992 C,K Trucks, and G Vans equipped with 5.0L engines (RPO L03 - VIN Code H) and California emissions equipment (RPO
NB2); C, K
Trucks (except 4WD Suburbans) and G Vans equipped with 5.7L engines (RPO LOS - VIN Code K) and Light-Duty emissions equipment (below 8500
lbs. GVW - RPO NA1) and California emissions equipment (RPO NB2) and built within the VIN breakpoints as shown.
NOTICE:
Dealers should confirm vehicle eligibility through VISS (Vehicle Information Service System) or ServiceNet (GMC only) prior to beginning
campaign repairs. [Not all vehicles within the above breakpoints may be involved]
Involved vehicles have been identified by Vehicle Identification Number. Computer listings containing the complete Vehicle Identification Number,
customer name and address data have been prepared, and are being furnished to involved dealers with the campaign bulletin. The Customer name and
address data furnished will enable dealers to follow-up with customers involved in this campaign. Any dealer not receiving a computer listing with the
campaign bulletin has no involved vehicles currently assigned.

An initial supply of parts required to complete this campaign will be pre-shipped to involved California dealers of record only. This pre-shipment
will occur the week of July 22, 1996. Pre-shipped parts will be charged to dealer's open parts account.
