Four Wheel Drive Selector Relay: Service and Repair

Under Hood, Mounted To Cowl.

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT

1. Wiring harness from the transfer case relay.

The relay is mounted to the cowl, under the hood.

2. One screw securing the transfer case relay to the cowl.

INSTALL OR CONNECT

1. One screw securing the transfer case relay to the cowl.
2. Wiring harness to the transfer case relay.

Tighten transfer case relay screw to 6 Nm (53 inch lbs.).
