1. Remove the caps from the fuel feed and EVAP lines.
2. Install and connect the EVAP vapor line (1) to the valve and retaining clips.
3. Install and connect the EVAP purge line (3) to the sending unit and retaining clips.
4. Install the fuel tank.

EVAPORATIVE EMISSION (EVAP) SYSTEM HOSES/PIPES REPLACEMENT (INTERMEDIATE)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

IMPORTANT:  Clean the evaporative emission (EVAP) and fuel line connections and surrounding areas prior to disconnecting the fittings in order
to avoid possible fuel/EVAP system contamination.

1. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief Procedure.
2. Raise and suitably support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
3. Disconnect the fuel pressure sensor electrical connector (1).
