Testing and Inspection for Accord L4-1751cc 1800 EK1 (1982) Fuel Pump Cut-Off Relay

With ignition switch off, disconnect fuel pump cut-off relay from harness connector. Connect the two Black/Yellow wires together with a jumper
wire. Turn ignition ON and check for fuel pump operation.

If fuel pump operates and voltage was available in step 3, replace fuel pump cut-off relay and retest.

If fuel pump does not operate, proceed to step 5.
Checking Voltage At Pump

With jumper still connected from step 4, check for battery voltage at the fuel pump wires as shown.

If no voltage is present, check the Black/Yellow wire between relay and pump.
