Plunger Installation
8.
Coat the outer surfaces of plungers with power steering fluid. Install in pump housing. Ensure plunger holes are positioned as shown.
9.
Coat the inside of plungers with power steering fluid.
Drive Gear Installation
10.
Install pump drive gears in pump housing.
Port Housing Assembly
11.
Coat bushings on port housing with power steering fluid.
12.
Install dowel pins in pump housing. Coat and install new seal and O-ring in port housing.
