Steering Joint Cover Torques
9. Install the steering joint cover.
10. Fill the system:

Fill the reservoir with new Honda Power Steering Fluid (or equivalent).

Start the engine and let it run at fast idle, then turn the steering wheel from lock-to-lock several times to bleed air from the system.

Check the fluid again, and add more if necessary.
11. Check the gearbox for leaks, then reinstall the shield.
12. Reinstall the front wheels.
