Wheel Bearing: Service and Repair
Rear Suspension
1.
Raise and support rear of vehicle, then remove wheel and brake drum.
2.
Remove grease cap, spindle nut and washer.
3.
Remove hub and bearing unit from spindle.
4.
Reverse procedure to install. Torque spindle nut to 134 ft. lbs., then stake shoulder of nut into groove in spindle.
