Remove the seven screws holding the upper and lower door panels together.

Separate the upper door panel from the lower door panel, and discard the lower one.

5.

Install the parts you removed in step 2 onto the new lower door panel.

Look for a strip of wool felt along the bottom edge of the upper door panel. If the felt is not there, install a 7-mm-wide strip along the edge.

Join the new lower panel to the upper panel using the seven screws you removed in step 3.

8.

Remove the paper backing from the felt tape on the lower panel, then attach the tape to the upper panel.

9.

Reinstall the door panel. (Refer to section 20 of the appropriate Accord Service Manual.)
