SYMPTOM
The brake fluid level is low in the ABS reservoir, and fluid appears to be leaking from under the label on the ABS accumulator.
PROBABLE CAUSE [NEW]
The ABS accumulator internal 0-ring is damaged, allowing brake fluid to leak out. (Refer to service bulletin 96-050, Brake Fluid Leak From the ABS
Modulator; for seepage from the plugs.)

DIAGNOSIS
Remove the label from the ABS accumulator.

If the hole behind the label is wet with brake fluid, continue to CORRECTIVE ACTION.

If the hole is not wet, clean the accumulator and use powder to locate the leak.
