Hazard Warning Switch: Testing and Inspection
Hazard Warning Switch Test
'04-05 models
1. Remove the upper panel.
2. Disconnect the 6P connector (A) from the hazard warning switch/passenger's airbag cutoff indicator (B).
3. Push out the hazard warning switch/passenger's airbag cutoff indicator from the upper panel.
4. Check for continuity between the terminals in each switch position according to the table.
5. If the continuity is not as specified, replace the illumination bulb(s) (C) or the hazard warning switch.
