Countershaft: Testing and Inspection
Clearance Inspection

NOTE:  Two types of 36 x 44 x 29 mm collars and five types of thrust washers for 1st gear are available for the adjustment of the clearance between the
gears on the countershaft.

1. Assemble the gears, spacer collars, thrust washer, synchro hub, synchro ring, etc. as shown below.
2. Install the needle bearing.
