Inspect both low beam headlight bulbs. Is a Sylvania bulb installed in either headlight?
Yes - Go to REPAIR PROCEDURE.
No - This service bulletin does not apply. Continue with normal troubleshooting.
REPAIR PROCEDURE
1.
Replace the affected bulb(s):

Online, enter keywords HEADLIGHT BULB, and select Exterior Light Bulb Replacement from the list.
2.
Turn on the headlights to confirm that they operate correctly.
