YES - Repair short to ground in the wire between ignition coil and PCM.
NO - Go to step 9.
9. Connect PCM connector C (31P).
10. Connect the coil(s) and 3P connector(s).
11. Turn the ignition switch ON (II).
12. Measure the voltage at the No.1 terminal of each ignition coil 3P connector with the ignition switch to start (III).
Is there about 0.25 V to 0.5 V?
YES - Replace the ignition coil.
NO - Repair open in the wire between ignition coil and PCM.
