Hydraulic Brake Booster: Removal and Replacement
Power Unit Replacement
NOTICE
Do not spill brake fluid on the vehicle; it may damage the paint; if brake fluid does contact the paint, wash it off immediately with water.
NOTE: To prevent spills, cover the disconnected line or hose joints with rags or shop towels.
1. Remove the cowl cover and the under-cowl panel.
2. Remove the brake fluid.
3. Remove the heat shield (A).
4. Disconnect the brake line (A) from the power unit (B).
5. Disconnect the suction hose (C) from the brake line (D).
6. Disconnect the power unit 2P connector (A), and remove the clip (B).
