From the wheelhouse side, plug weld the holes in the dashboard upper and damper housing extension.

Weld the front wheelhouse, damper housing, and front side

-

Weld the wheelhouse upper member.
When replacing the front wheelhouse only, but weld the wheelhouse upper member.
