Fuel Temperature Sensor: Service and Repair
Fuel Temperature Sensor Replacement
1. Relieve fuel pressure between the engine and the manual shut-off valve.
2. Remove the cowl cover and under-cowl panel,
3. Disconnect the fuel temperature sensor connector (A).
4. Remove the fuel temperature sensor (B).
5. Apply silicone oil or polyalkyleneglycol (PAG) oil to a new O-ring (C) and carefully install it into its proper position.
6. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
7. Do the leak inspection procedure.
