Follow the prompts on the PGM Tester screen to enter the ECM/PCM code you obtained from DCS, and to establish the link between the
ECM/PCM and the immobilizer system transponder.
NOTE:
If you have any problems with this procedure, call the American Honda Special Tools Hotline at (800) 346-6327.

When finished, turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0), and disconnect the PGM Tester.

Make sure all accessories (A/C, fan, radio, lights, etc.) are off. Start the engine, and let it run until it reaches normal operating temperature (the
cooling fans come on twice).

Once the engine reaches operating temperature, let it idle for 10 minutes to allow the ECM/PCM to perform idle learn.
21.
Turn off the engine. Center-punch a completion mark above the second character of the engine compartment VIN.
