Fuel Gauge Sender: Service and Repair

WARNING: Don't smoke or allow open flames in work area or around open fuel systems.

Removal

1.

Be sure ignition switch is OFF.

2.

Remove rear seat lower cushion by releasing two hooks under front edge of cushion and one screw in center of rear edge of cushion.

3.

Remove access cover.

Fuel Gauge Sending Unit

4.

Remove sending unit.

5.

Reverse steps to refit sending unit.

6.

Check for leaks.
