About the CR-V
The CR-V ("Comfortable Runabout Vehicle", according to Honda) is a compact crossover made since 1995, built at first on the same platform as the Civic. The second generation, on sale from November 2001, was a complete redesign based on the seventh-generation Civic. It was the world's second best-selling SUV in 2020.
