Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Component Tests and General Diagnostics

1. With the engine fully warm, with no electrical load, note the idle speed. 
2. Disconnect the 2 pin connector at the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC) valve.
3. Re-check idle speed.

If idle speed dropped when the IAC valve connector was disconnected, the IAC valve is working. If idle speed is out of specification go to the Idle
