Detach the harness clip, then disconnect the connector.
10. Remove the SRS unit:

Remove the clips, then remove the right side cover from the SRS unit.

Remove the four TORX bolts from the SRS unit, then remove the SRS unit from the driver's side.
11. Install the new SRS unit in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE:
Always use new TORX bolts, and make sure they are installed straight, not at an angle.
