6. Remove piston seal, then install brake spring compressor tool between caliper body and spring guide, Fig. 15.
7. Compress adjusting spring B by turning shaft of spring compressor, then remove circlip with snap ring pliers.
8. Remove spring cover, adjusting spring B, spacer, bearing A, adjusting bolt and cup.
9. Remove sleeve piston, then the rod from cam.
10. Remove return spring, parking nut, spring washer, lever, cam and cam boot.
Assembly
Ensure dirt or other foreign matter is not allowed to contaminate brake fluid. Do not mix different types of brake fluid, as they might not be
compatible.
