If any abnormal condition is found, correct or replace applicable harness assembly.

NOTE:  Normal operation of the entire VSV System including control unit is indicated if the VSV operates properly when the Ignition Switch is
turned to "ON" position with the Engine stationary and with the diagnosis lead connected.
