2. Relay lever
3. Nut and washer. Torque to 118 Nm (87 ft. lbs.).
4. Relay lever and bracket.
5. Bolt and nut. Torque to 44 Nm (33 ft. lbs.).
6. Nut and cotter pin. Tighten the nut to the specified torque, with just enough additional torque to align cotter pin holes. Install new cotter pin.
Torque to 59 Nm (43 ft. lbs.).
