REMOVAL 
 
NOTE:

-

Remove battery negative cable.

-

Raise the vehicle and support with suitable safety stands. 

1. Transfer under cover 
2. 3rd crossmember
3. Front propeller shaft
4. Oxygen (02) sensor harness connector 

-

Disconnect front 02 sensor harness connector and rear 02 sensor harness connector.

5. Three way catalytic converter

-

Remove three fixing nuts at exhaust manifold.

INSTALLATION

-

To install follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points.
-

Tighten the 3rd crossmember bolts and nuts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).

-

Tighten the transfer under cover bolts to 46 Nm (34 ft. lbs.).

-

Tighten the front propeller shaft bolts to 63 Nm (46 ft. lbs.).

-

Three way catalytic converter fixing nuts:
-

Exhaust manifold side 67 Nm (49 ft. lbs.).
