b. Install the vanes with curved face in contact with the inner wall of the cam.

5. Side plate

CAUTION:  When installing side plate, be careful not to damage its inner surface. Damaged side plate may cause poor pump performance, pump
seizure or oil leakage.

6. Front housing.
7. O-ring. Be sure to discard used parts, and always use new parts for installation.
8. O-ring. Be sure to discard used parts, and always use new parts for installation.
9. Gasket. Be sure to discard used parts, and always use new parts for installation.

10. Rear housing and pump cartridge.
11. Bolt. Torque to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
12. Oil seal.

CAUTION:  When installing the oil seal, be careful not to damage the oil seal contacting surface of the housing. Be sure to discard used parts,
and always use new parts for installation.

13. Shaft assembly.
14. Snap ring.
15. Pressure switch assembly. Torque to 20 Nm (14 ft. lbs.).
16. O-ring. Be sure to discard used parts, and always use new parts for installation.
17. Connector. Torque to 74 Nm (54 ft. lbs.).
18. Bracket. Torque to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
19. O-ring. Be sure to discard used parts, and always use new parts for installation.
20. Pipe, suction.
21. Bolt. Torque to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
22. Bracket. Torque to 22 Nm (16 ft. lbs.).
