DISASSEMBLE 

1. Converter clutch solenoid: 

a. Remove 11mm bolt from valve body. 
b. Remove converter control solenoid assembly with two O-ring. 

2. Retainer. Remove 11 mm bolt and retainer from valve body.
3. Force motor solenoid.
4. Roll pin.
5. Plug.
6. 3/4 accumulator valve.
7. 3/4 accumulator control valve.
8. Roll pin.
9. Spring.

10. Retaining ring. 
11. Feed limit valve. 
12. Roll pin. 
13. O-ring. 
14. Plug. 
15. Force motor screen assembly. Use 5mm bolt to pull plug.

INSPECTION AND REPAIR 

Inspect for the following and replace any damaged or worn parts: 
-

Damage or wear to each valve. 

-

Damage in oil passages. 

-

Cracks or damage to valve body. 

-

Valve operations. 

-

Spring fatigue

1. Force motor screen assembly.(15)
2. Plug.(14)
3. O-ring.(13)
4. Roll pin.(12)
5. Feed limit valve.(11)
6. Retaining ring.(10)
7. Spring.(9)
8. Roll pin.(8)
9. 3/4 accumulator control valve.(7)

10. 3/4 accumulator valve.(6)
11. Plug.(5)
12. Roll pin.(4)
