5. Check for continuity between PCM connector A terminal 31 and gauge assembly 30P connector A terminal 29.

Is there continuity?

YES - Replace the gauge assembly.

NO - Repair open in the wire between PCM connector A terminal 31 and gauge assembly 30P connector A terminal 29.
