Evaporator Case: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation

1. Recover the refrigerant with a Recovery/Recycling/Charging system.

2. Disconnect the suction and receiver lines from the evaporator.

NOTE:  Plug or cap the lines immediately after disconnecting them to avoid moisture and dust contamination.

3. Remove the glove box and the glove box bracket.

4. Cut the plastic cross brace in the glove box opening with diagonal cutters in the areas shown. Remove and discard the cross brace.
