Install the new trailer connector 7P socket to the socket bracket with two 6 x 16 mm flange bolts.

Remove the cover from the new 4P socket, and install the socket to the socket bracket with two 6 x 35 mm flange bolts and two 6 mm flange nuts.
Reattach the cover to the socket.

Route the 7P harness socket through the opening in the trailer hitch, and attach the socket bracket to the trailer hitch with two 6 x 16 mm flange
bolts.
