Hood Latch: Service and Repair
Hood Latch Replacement
NOTE:

Put on gloves to protect your hands.

Take care not to scratch the body.
1. Remove the front bulkhead cover.
2. Detach the latch switch connector (A) from the connector clip (B), and disconnect it.
3. Remove the bolts (A) and nut (B), then remove the latch (C) from the body.
4. Disconnect the hood opener cable (A) from the hood latch (B). Take care not to kink the cable.
