Apply contact grease in each opening of the diode connector terminal (NYOGEL 760G, P/N 00305-F0000-39).

Insert the new ATM diode (P/N 91789-34200) into the diode connector.

9.

Wrap waterproof tape around the harness along the portion as shown.

10.

Reinstall the harness rubber grommet to the dash panel hole and tighten the grommet mounting nuts (10 mm, 2 each).

NOTE:

Make certain the rubber grommet is securely installed.

11.

Close the hood.

12.

Erase all DTC. Test drive the vehicle for two key-on to key-off driving cycles. If no DTC recur, return the vehicle to the customer.
