1. The clearance between the stop lamp switch outer case and the pedal arm.
Standard value:
Clearance between pedal and stop lamp switch A: 0.5 - 1.0 mm (0.020 - 0.039 inch)
2. Brake pedal free play.
Standard value:
Brake pedal free play B: 3 - 8 mm (0.117 - 0.312 inch)
3. Start the engine, apply the brake pedal with approximately 50 kg (110 lbs.) of force, and measure the clearance between the brake pedal and the
floor board.
Standard value:
Pedal stroke C: When pedal is fully depressed 50 kg (110 lb) force
LHD: 145 mm (5.71 inch)
RHD: 143 mm (5.63 inch)
