Speedometer Cable: Testing and Inspection
1. Check the cable of kinks, bents or damages in routing. If the conditions are severe, replace the cable.
2. After disconnecting cable, check the core of kinks, burrs or bent tips.
NOTE: When the cable is installed, it is necessary that extra care should be taken to verify that the stopper of the cable is fitted properly into the
speedometer groove and the cable is routed properly to eliminate any kinks.
