Before charging, add the same amount of new refrigerant oil to the A/C system that was removed during recovery in step 2 plus the additional
refrigerant oil required from the table shown. Use only FD46XG (PAG) refrigerant oil.

Charge the system with the specified amount of R-134a refrigerant. Do not overcharge the system; the compressor will be damaged.
NOTE:

When all the A/C system components are replaced at the same time, there is no need to add any additional PAG oil. The new compressor
already comes with the correct amount for the entire system.

If the oil in the A/C system is lower than the specified amount, the compressor durability will be decreased.

If the oil in the A/C system is higher than the specified amount, the A/C performance will be decreased.
