Using a DVOM, check the harness connecting the FIS and the underhood junction box U/H-D connector for a short to battery and repair or
replace as necessary.

a.

For B1327, check pins 2 and 4 on connector U/H-D for a short to battery.

b.

For B1332, check pins 31 and 34 on connector U/H-D for a short to battery.

c.

If there is NO short to battery, replace the underhood junction box, P/N 91950-2B620.

Procedure complete.
