DESCRIPTION:
This bulletin provides a procedure to reprogram the transaxle control module (TCM) software in 2001-2004 MY Santa Fe vehicles with 2.7L engines
using the Hi-Scan Pro.
The Santa Fe 2.7L TCM reprogramming provides the following refinement updates:

Damper clutch shudder reduced at approximately 38-42 mph

Reduced 2-3 shift flare during the first acceleration after a cold engine start

1-2 and 2-3 shift quality improvement

Quicker adaptive learning while driving

Delayed shift feeling improved when the engine is cold
