Fine cracks on the tire sidewall, running in a radial or circumferential direction. This type of crack may develop on the tire sidewall from ozone in the
atmosphere acting on the rubber. To replace a tire with this condition, refer to tire manufacturer's warranty booklet.
Observation(s):
Check for fine cracks on the tire sidewalk. These cracks are generally less than 1/10th of a inch in length and do not penetrate to the interior of the tire.

Store tires properly; keep tires away from direct sunlight, ozone sources, heat, wind, rain, etc.
