After the weatherstrip is removed, one or more weatherstrip mounting clips may remain on the door.
They can be removed as follows:
1.
Insert a screwdriver into the mounting clip as shown in the figure and pry outwards to release the clip.
2.
Then, using a long nose plier, pull the clip upward.
5.
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedures.
