NOTE:
If the Hi-Scan Pro does not download the program, use the "MANUAL REPROGRAMMING PROCEDURE."
CAUTION:
Do not interrupt the reprogramming at any time.
7. When "REPROGRAMMING COMPLETED" message is displayed, turn the ignition key OFF for 20 seconds and then start the engine to confirm
proper operation of the vehicle.
8. After reprogramming is completed, reset the transaxle control module adaptive learning values.
9. Check for diagnostic trouble codes and erase any trouble codes.
6-3. MANUAL REPROGRAMMING PROCEDURE
1. Turn the ignition key to the ON position. (Do not start the engine).
2. Turn the Hi-Scan Pro ON.
3. Select option "74. GK 2->3 SHIFT FEEL IMPROVEMENT" and press ENTER.
4. Select option "02. GK 2->3 SHIFT FEEL IMPROVE. [ERROR]" and press ENTER.
5. Choose the vehicle type which is correct for your vehicle by using the "ROM ID INFORMATION TABLE" and press ENTER.
6. Enter the correct password which is correct for your vehicle and press ENTER.
7. The Hi-Scan Pro will establish communication, check the TCM ID and reprogram the TCM.
