PART INFORMATION

NOTE:

Front and rear camber bolt kits may be obtained from Hyundai Parts Distribution Centers (PDCs).

CAMBER ADJUSTMENT:

If the cross camber is greater than 0.5 degrees, select the wheel whose camber value varies the most from the specification value and replace the front
strut upper bolt with the camber bolt kit part listed above. In some situations, the camber bolt kit may also be required on the opposite side to adjust the
cross camber to 0.0 degrees while maintaining each individual camber angle to specification.

NOTE:

Never compensate camber angles outside the specification values. This could affect vehicle handling and tire wear.

SERVICE PROCEDURE:

1.

Measure wheel alignment to determine the amount of camber angle change required.

2.

Remove the wheel and tire assembly of the side where the camber bolt kit will be installed.

3.

Remove the strut upper mounting bolt and discard it.
