Installation
Installation
1. Install the power steering pump and tighten the mounting bolts.
Tightening torque :
35 - 50kgf.m (3.5 - 5.0kgf.m, 14 - 20lb-ft)
2. Connect the suction hose (B) with suction pipe.
3. Connect the pressure tube (A) to power steering pump by tightening the eye bolt.
Tightening torque :
55 - 65kgf.m (5.5 - 6.5kgf.m, 36 - 47lb-ft)
4. Install the drive belt.
5. Add power steering fluid to the reservoir.
6. Bleed the power steering system.
7. Check power steering pump relief pressure.
